Shipping Schedule
Orders placed before Noon PST are shipped that day via US Priority Mail (excluding holidays or days the office is closed). Orders placed after Noon PST will be processed the following work day. (Policies may vary in distributor territories.)
Return Policy
An Authorized Return Number (ARN) is required for all returns and it must be visible on the outside of the shipping box or on the mailing label. To receive an ARN, call within 30 days of the order date: - State the product name and code
- Invoice number
- Reason for return
Returned, unopened product must be in the original container (carton and bottle). There is a 15% processing fee on all returned products. Any products returned without a visible ARN will be refused by Mary Jane Mack, LLC.
